I am a qualified psychiatric nurse with a BSc in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and MSc in social learning theory and counselling.
I have 15 years experience in mental health and four in CBT.
I receive regular supervision in line with current guidelines.
My therapies are available to all clients across Bedford and the surrounding areas.
